Bird X 8 - Sonic Fence

The X-8 is a smaller version of the X - 20 

It is one of our newest systems. It emits 3 highly effective harassment sounds and can run up to 8 single speakers. With speakers placed say 29 metres apart, it can protect a boundary 200 metres long.

With the speakers placed 1m above vine or treetop facing outwards and placed approximately 5 to 10m just inside the edge of the crop, a barrier is formed preventing birds from entering the crop area. As birds usually attack the outer rows first, having the outside row or two immediately in front of the speakers, makes that area unbearable to stay and feed in.

The multiple sounds give a broader range of bird species controlled.

The X-8 can be set for automatic DAY, NIGHT or 24HOUR operation. Like all Bird Gard systems, the X-8 must be run on full volume at all times.
