Super Pro - Bird Control

The Super Pro #1 and Super Pro #2 and Super Pro #3 are the same in size and usage as the Crop Gard.
The difference being that the Super Pro #1 and Super Pro #2 use naturally occurring distress and predator calls. When a bird, for example a starling, hears both a falcon cry and then the distress call of a fellow starling, he makes the obvious connection and flees for his life. Super Pro #3 uses naturally occurring distress calls and harassment sounds.

Each Super Pro produces sounds to repel up to 8 bird species. Most are distress calls with only three of the 16 sounds being that of predators (ie: falcon and kestrel). Larger birds like crows are not worried, to any great extent, by falcons. However, they usually like to keep out of the air when a falcon is up above. Trials have shown, in some specific cases, that the distress call used to repel a particular bird species is not the distress call of that species itself but that of a different species. In most other cases, however, the distress call of the intended target species is used.

With time, birds may become accustomed to distress calls so Super Pro has a random switch which continually changes the order in which calls are played to prevent birds becoming used to a set pattern of sounds. However, in most circumstances Super Pro is used in conjunction with harassment sounds (eg: Crop Gard, Pro Amp, X-20 etc) It should also be regularly moved around from place to place - never being left too long in any one place. Super Pro has also been very effective when placed in bush bordering a vineyard or orchard. It clears out the birds from the area from which they normally launch their attack on the adjacent crop.

Probably more care is required in using the Super Pro to prevent habituation, but it can be an excellent "shock treatment" used in short bursts.

Both of these machines can be connected directly to a 4 way (360 degree) speaker. They also can be used to run a sonic fence (a series of speakers 30m apart) made up of as many as 8 speakers thus forming a wall of sound 210m long.

They use either a 12v battery or 240v main power.
